1. Why the real capacity of the flash drive usb 3.0 with lcd display screen is less ?
(1)The Flash memory vendors are using decimal arithmetic: 1MB = 1000KB, 1G = 1000MB calculated,and the operating system of computer using binary arithmetic:1MB =1024KB,1GB = 1024MB ;
(2)some hided software to enhance performance of the flash drive usb 3.0 with lcd display screen.so there are some differences between display capacity and nominal capacity of flash memory products.for example :2G is about 1.9GB ;4G is about 3.8GB.

5. How to proceed the order if I have logo to printing ?
First ,send us the AI logo to make the artwork ,after artwork approve ,we will arrange a sample production ,the next is sample picture or sending sample to you for confirmation ,and then we will move to mass production.
6. What is the brand of your USB chip ?
We usually use Toshiba, Samsung, Hynix ,Micron, Intel chip ,all the chip pass the H2 test.
7. Can you upload file into the USB ?
Yes , deletable and undeletable file available ,we can also make website pop-up and auto-play your video.
